Why Autofac

Fluid systems are the veins of the economy. We build them end to end.

Fuel, coolant, hydraulics, water, gas, cryogenics. Fluid lines run through every building, every city, and every machine, and when they fail, everything stops.

The process

Scan to ship. One process, start to finish.

A rocket fuel line, a ship's seawater main, a reactor loop, and a data center cooling header are treated as four different industries. They are one process: measure, bend, weld, inspect, clean.

    On-site 3D scan

    We capture as-built geometry in the field to sub-millimeter accuracy. No tape measures, no redraws.

  2. 02

    Build print

    The scan auto-generates the fabrication drawing. The digital thread starts here and never breaks.

  3. 03

    CNC bend

    Tube and pipe formed directly from the model. No manual layout, no fit-up guesswork.

  4. 04

    Weld

    TIG, orbital, and laser, matched to the joint. Repeatable, certified welds with full parameter capture.

  5. 05

    NDT + X-ray

    Inspection in-house, not weeks at an outside vendor. Every joint traceable.

  6. 06

    Precision clean

    Oxygen and high-purity service ready, cleaned and packaged for installation.

    Ship

Autofac was founded by Blake Mouser, who spent a decade building flight-critical fluid systems at SpaceX, Blue Origin, Firefly Aerospace, and Tesla. Hands-on across welding, machining, automation, and metrology, AWS D17.1 and D1.2 certified, and deep in Inconel, titanium, and aluminum.
